Diesterase or nuclease with minimal edta inhibitioion?

Hello, I am trying to find a diesterase or nuclease that will work with minimal edta inhibition. This is to assess enzyme lability of organic P in NaOH-EDTA soil extracts. I have tried one diesterase from Sigma (P4506) but it is greatly inhibited by EDTA (~3mM EDTA in final reaction). The alkaline phosphatase we are using is slightly inhibited but still gives a good result (is still about 50% effective with edta) as compared to 90% effective without. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks, Kim
